We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Admin Executive to join our growing team! As an Accounts Admin Executive at Energio, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, handling invoicing and payments, preparing reports, supporting payroll and GST filings, and ensuring smooth administrative support across the company. You will play a key role in keeping our operations organised, compliant, and running efficiently.

Responsibilities
1. Accounts & Finance
  • Process all payments, claims, and petty cash entries using Xero software
  • Key in supplier bills and issue customer invoices
  • Act as “maker” for company bank accounts (prepare and submit payment instructions)
  • Monitor cash flow and track collections from clients
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Summaries
  • Handle GST submissions and quarterly filings with IRAS
  • Prepare monthly payroll, CPF contributions, and IR8A/IR21 when required
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date account schedules
  • Assist in year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors as needed
2. Administrative Duties
  • Maintain proper filing of finance and vendor records
  • Support office admin tasks including insurance renewals, utility tracking, vendor contracts, etc.
  • Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding
  • Provide basic procurement support or project cost tracking, where required
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting roles
  • Familiar with Xero and Microsoft Excel (and Microsoft 365)
  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local regulatory filings
  • Meticulous, reliable, and able to work independently in a small team
