Role Overview

W Search & Staffing is seeking an experienced Accountant (Manufacturing) to join a highly reputable organization based in the North Region. This full-time role will involve handling full sets of accounts for the organization, utilizing SAP as the primary accounting system.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare full sets of accounts for the organization, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, and prepare financial statements and reports.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide ad‑hoc support and participate in special projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance or related fields. Candidates with a recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts; prior experience within the Manufacturing industry will be a plus.
• In‑depth proficiency in using SAP and other financial accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and attention to detail skills.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
