Qualifications

• Minimum 03 years’ experience in maintaining full sets of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of local tax legislations and accounting principles.
• Detailed-oriented and able to work independently under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly management accounts and related reports.
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Schedules and Bank Reconciliations.
• Daily sorting and checking of sales chits for accuracy.
• Maintain an up-to-date fixed assets register.
• Prepare the quarterly GST returns for IRAS submission.
• Support cash flow planning and budgeting.
• Participate in the month-end stock take.
