Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an experienced finance professional to manage financial reporting and cash flow in the construction sector. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Sage 300. Responsibilities include managing monthly financial close processes and overseeing GST submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GL journals and manage the monthly financial close process.
• Cash management planning including cashflow forecast review.
• Responsible for inter-company and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Prepare financial forecasts.
• Oversee GST submission and reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes.

Salary: $4,500 - $5,000

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare GL journals and manage the monthly financial close process in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cash management planning such as review cashflow forecast, ensure sufficient cash balances for operation needs.
• Responsible for inter-company and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules or balance sheet reconciliation to ensure items are clear off on timely basis.
• Prepare financial forecasts.
• Oversees GST submission and reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes and controls as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned
