About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and meticulous Accountant & Admin Executive to join our growing team in Singapore. This is a dual-function role where you will oversee full-set accounting for our regional entities while ensuring the smooth administration of our local office.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong regional financial knowledge, and is well-versed in Singapore’s employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finance: Manage full-set accounts for Singapore, Malaysia, and other regional entities. Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general office administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Immigration & Employment Affairs: Manage applications and documentation for Employment Pass (EP), Visa, and Permanent Residency (PR) for employees.
  • Other Duties: Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Location: Open to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents (PR) only.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore).
  • Experience: Proven experience in full-set accounting and office administration.
  • Software: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential to communicate with regional stakeholders and Chinese-speaking counterparts.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
