Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accountant to join our team. The role will cover full set accounting responsibilities, compliance filings and reporting, with opportunities to be involved in investment-related activities. Candidates with prior exposure to overseas accounts will be given priority consideration.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts, including GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliation, month‑end/year‑end closing
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports
  • Handle statutory compliance filings and liaise with auditors and tax authorities
  • Maintain communication with external institutions and ensure information records are up to date
  • Support investment activities, organize and analyze investment‑related data
  • Conduct basic financial and investment analysis, and research investment products
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in an accounting firm, or 5+ years in a corporate finance department
  • Prior exposure to overseas accounts will be an advantage
  • Proficient in IFRS accounting principles, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial investments and genuine interest in the field
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA certification is preferred but not mandatory
