What You Will Do
  • Lead engagement with the shared service provider on Order-to-Cash or Purchase-to-Pay process performance and ensure smooth running of daily operations as required
  • Regular monitoring and reporting on accounts receivables balances, with particular focus on aged accounts and root cause analysis contributing to any delays in receiving cash
  • Perform monthly sales reconciliation to customers to ensure completeness of revenue
  • Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, periodic management reports and board meeting materials to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and oversee financial transactions and reconciliations between intercompany entities
  • Identification, recording, accounting, reporting and timely capitalization of capital projects. Reconciliating and reporting of capital work in progress and to carry out asset sighting activities
  • Generate financial reporting metrics for the Joint Venture partner
  • Ensuring robust processes and controls are in place and is working effectively. Identifies, implements and reviews effective processes and controls around gaps and risks identified during audits or Sarbanes Oxley assessment
  • Facilitate the internal audit/external audits, including assistance to management in developing corrective actions
  • Perform GST reporting to Inland Revenue of Singapore
  • Build strong financial and commercial awareness with the business managers to improve performance
  • Perform Treasury function to meet UTC policy requirements
  • Responsible for legal & corporate financial reporting
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement projects and other finance functions including budgeting and special projects
  • Embark on digitalization journey with the Company
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field, with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay processes.
  • Proven experience in managing financial reconciliations, reporting, and auditing processes.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with data analysis tools.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • Experience in GST reporting and intercompany financial transactions.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
