• Flexible hours available
• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full set of accounts, including:
  • Accounts Payable: approximately 30 transactions per month
  • Accounts Receivable: approximately 200 transactions per month
• Reconcile around 200 monthly sales transactions with a single bank account.
• Prepare and file GST submissions accurately and on time using QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all entries are properly matched.

Requirements:

• Experience with QuickBooks Online is mandatory (access will be provided).
• Proven experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a part‑time or remote capacity.
