About the Opportunity

The fraud risk strategy team plays a pivotal role in safeguarding fraud and mitigating associated risks while minimizing impact on user experience and business operations. Through rigorous fraud analysis and comprehensive risk management strategies, they proactively detect and combat user scams, phishing attempts, and general fraudulent activities.

Your efforts on this team will help to drive proactive fraud risk mitigation efforts, protect user trust, and ensure sustainable business growth by maintaining a secure and resilient trading environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and refine anti-scam frameworks to detect and prevent social engineering scams, investment fraud and other crypto-specific deception tactics that lead to fund losses.

Proactively identify and close capability gaps in current ATO defenses through systematic gap analysis, threat modeling, and benchmarking against industry-leading practices and emerging attack vectors.

Prepare clear, compelling internal and external communications, including incident reports, regulatory submissions, and public-facing materials.

Build tangible user trust through visible security measures while effectively showcasing our advanced capabilities to regulators, industry partners, and the public — reinforcing our position as the safest cryptocurrency exchange.

What We Look For In You

7+ years of hands-on experience in risk management, with strong focus on ATO and anti-scam detection — preferably in cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, digital payments, or high-risk online platforms.

Demonstrated strong systematic thinking ability — able to break down complex fraud patterns into structured, scalable frameworks, rules, and decision trees.

Deep understanding of crypto-specific threats: phishing, SIM-swapping, credential reuse, mule accounts, authorized push-payment scams, and behavioral indicators of compromise.

Familiarity with global regulatory expectations around user protection, AML, and fraud prevention in crypto.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus); ability to translate technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development.

Various team building programs and company events.

Wellness and meal allowances.

Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants.

More that we love to tell you along the process!
