Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and lead financial reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Accounting, CPA/CMA/ACCA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in the beauty or service industries.
• Familiar with SFRS & CAS and Singapore tax laws.
• Experience with preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office tools.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, with high professional ethics.
• Good command of both Chinese and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job title: Finance manager

Departmeng: Finance

Reporting to: CFO

Location: Singapore

Compensation: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities

1. 1) Basic financial work: Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and transparent bookkeeping.
2. 2) Financial statmentment: Lead and manage month‑end finance closing, prepare for monthly financial statement (entity and consolidation level) with accuracy and compliance.
3. 3) Financial analysis: Prepare for monthly financial and business analysis and rsik management.
4. 4) Financial management: Establish and improve financial management systems and procedures to optimize capital efficiency.
5. 5) OA approval: paticipate into the approval procedure for contract and payment, checking for the rationality, compliance and riskness to adherence to financial policies and strategic objectives.
6. 6) Taxation: Perform regular tax filings and tax related work.
7. 7) Coordination: Coordinate with auditor or tax bureau, meeting with regulatory requirements.

Budget and internal control

1. 1) Establish a comprehensive budgeting framework, prepare for the annual budget and cashflow plan, monitoring the execution variances to maintain deviation rates within ±5% tolerance thresholds.
2. 2) Implement a structured financial internal control framework to systemically enhance critical operational metrics, including accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover ratios.

Requirements
