Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Managing customers relationship and products/services upselling
• Cross or up sell ICT products and IT Services
• Work closely with customers or new prospects to identify their business needs
• Developing new customer base through cold-calling, relationship management and industry contacts
• Reporting customer activities and general market activities
• To ensure excellent customer satisfaction with every customer engagement
