Role Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new clients and managing key clients’ relationships. He/she serves as the primary point of contact throughout customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction while meeting sales targets. This role focuses on selling advanced cooling and thermal management technologies to enterprise-level data centers, builders and installers.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong existing client relationships
- Generate proposal, negotiate contract negotiation and secure deals
- Track sales metrics and report performance
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with the implementation of solutions, addressing any issues quickly and proactively to maintain strong relationships
- Identify and engage enterprise data center clients with high-density cooling needs
- Present and sell thermal management solutions, services and related products to customer
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver tailored proposals
- Product and solution presentation to varies stakeholders
- Sales Cycle Management. Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Stay informed on industry trends and updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background in HVAC, energy systems, or thermal engineering is a plus.
- 3 years of proven experience in sales or account management.
- Prior experience managing enterprise-level client accounts, and other stakeholders and achieving sales targets in a competitive, technical market
- Possess strong network with client, consultant and contractor
- Strong understanding of data center operations and cooling technologies
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in relevant industry and solution is a plus
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and solution selling
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Familiarity with sustainability metrics and regulatory standards
