Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead a specialized sales team. In this role, you will indirectly manage field sales executives and drive business improvement by building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have over 12 years of sales experience, including 4 years in a managerial capacity, alongside the ability to inspire a diverse team. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable but not mandatory.

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Director, you will indirectly manage a team of specialized field sales account executives, responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great experience for existing and potential customers. The specialized field sales account executive is responsible for driving specialized product and service sales across assigned accounts, partnering closely with account teams to uncover and support strategic opportunities. They bring deep subject matter expertise across Dell’s portfolio, proactively solving customer business challenges and recommending tailored configurations to support system design and integration. They articulate Dell’s technology roadmap and solution vision, positioning technical advantages to align with customer goals and ensure long-term value.

You will:
