Job summary

A human resource advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Account Cum HR professional to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and payroll processing. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in accounting and HR functions. Responsibilities include tax compliance and general administrative duties. Working days are Mon-Thurs 8:30 am – 6:00 pm, and Fri 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with a salary range of $2800-$3000.

Salary : $2800-$3000

Job scope:

  • Managing day-to-day Full set accounting tasks
  • Payroll processing: Calculating and processing employee salaries, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Tax compliance: Preparing and submitting tax returns, including GST, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • General administrative tasks: Providing support for general administrative duties, such as maintaining files and handling correspondence.

Job Requirement:

  • Software : Quickbook / MYOB preferred
  • 1-2 years experience in accounting and HR functions
