A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Account Associate to manage invoice processing and vendor records. The ideal candidate has a finance/accountancy background and experience in Accounts Payable. This role offers a salary of up to $3,200 with a 12-month contract. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, Undergraduate, or Degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Relevant working experience in Accounts Payable or Finance is an advantage.
• Ability to handle high invoice volume with accuracy.

Location: Raffles Place

Job Duration: 12 Mths

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM (Mon to Thurs), and 9AM to 5.30PM (Fri) with 1 hr break

Salary Range + 1 Mth completion bonus: Up to $3,200

Job Responsibilities

• Timely & accurate processing of invoices within stipulated timeline
• Maintenance of vendor master records
• Processing of journal entries and charge-outs
• Handle invoices
• Assist in preparation of reports and schedules
• Assist in performing UAT for new processes/system enhancements
• Other ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Min. Dip/Undergrad/Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy
• Some relevant working experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
• Able to handle high invoice volume with data accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
