Job Summary
The Academic Programme Enrolment Executive is responsible for driving enrolment growth for SHRI Academy’s programmes through active sales outreach, student consultation, and pipeline management. The role supports the full student lifecycle—from enquiry to enrolment—while ensuring smooth programme operations and excellent learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Student Recruitment
- Drive programme enrolment and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Handle all incoming enquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital channels, providing timely and professional responses.
- Conduct programme consultations to understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Manage the full sales pipeline: lead generation, follow-up, conversion, and offer issuance.
- Build strong rapport with potential students to increase enrolments and referrals.
- Maintain accurate lead and conversion records using CRM or internal systems.
Programme Coordination & Operations
- Assist in planning course schedules and coordinating class timetables.
- Liaise with lecturers, students, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Provide administrative support including fee processing, attendance updates, and documentation.
- Prepare materials, classroom logistics, and learner communications.
Student Administration & Compliance
- Review applications and verify documents in accordance with admissions requirements.
- Ensure compliance with CPE, ERF, EduTrust, and internal programme policies.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness.
- Assist with SkillsFuture Credit claims and funded-course documentation.
Customer Experience & Retention
- Serve as the primary contact point for student queries and programme matters.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth learner experience.
- Gather student feedback and elevate issues where necessary.
- Support re-enrolment or progression into advanced programmes.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, Education, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, enrolment, customer service, or programme support.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
- Comfortable engaging with prospects via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
