Job summary

Job description

Delivered class programs in alignment with the centre’s policies, guidelines, framework, and educational philosophy.

Guided primary school students (P1–P6) to complete daily homework and supported their academic development.

Maintained accurate records of student progress, addressing each child’s individual learning and developmental needs.

Prepared and organized teaching materials, ensuring the classroom environment was conducive to learning and visually engaging.

Fostered strong relationships with students and parents to support learning outcomes and communication.

Conducted MindChamps enrichment programs, delivering engaging and structured lessons.

Served as a role model, demonstrating creativity, a positive mindset, and enthusiasm in teaching.

Ensured student safety during transfers from school to the centre and within centre premises.

Performed ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Centre Director to support smooth operations.
