Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Sales Executive to engage with clients and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will maintain strong relationships and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to reporting. A diploma in Marketing, Engineering, or IT is required, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience. Knowledge of the software industry is preferred. This role offers a competitive salary and is based at One Commonwealth.

Position title: Senior/Sales Executive | Location: One Commonwealth | Working Days: 5 | Working hours: 9am-6pm | Salary: $4,000 - $5,500

Overview

Award-winning provider of globalERP solutions SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Oracle NetSuite & Sage 300. It also provides managed IT services.

Responsibilities

Prospecting, Lead Generation and Customer Engagement

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Interact with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.

Sales Cycle Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the sales system.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support in the meetings.

Reporting

  • Track sales progress, generate accurate forecasts, highlight performance progress, areas of improvement and provide regular reports to management.

Collaboration and Follow-up

  • Work closely with internal teams (like the Marketing and Business Units) to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and customers, providing post-sales support where necessary.
Requirements
