Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to manage customer accounts and support sales. This position involves handling customer enquiries, preparing reports, and coordinating orders. The ideal candidate should possess a Polytechnic Diploma in Business and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. The role offers a 1-year contract with potential for permanence, working from Monday to Friday in a dynamic environment.

Customer Relations Executive

Employment Type: 1-year contract (convertible to permanent subject to performance)

Work Location: Kallang Ave

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – 3,500

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and maintain regular communication to support ongoing business relationships.
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide responses in accordance with company procedures.
  • Prepare quotations for customers.
  • Process customer complaints and feedback and follow up on resolutions.
  • Coordinate customer orders and monitor order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and update customer records in internal systems.
  • Prepare reports on customer enquiries, issues, feedback, and order status for management review.
  • Prepare sales forecast and customer-related reports.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams on customer-related matters.
  • Perform sales support and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Participate in overseas exhibitions when required.
Requirements
  • Polytechnic Diploma in Business or equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service, customer relations, or sales support.
  • Experience in maintaining customer records and preparing reports.
