Project Engineer (Site Operations)

Location: Tuas
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

• Basic Salary: $3500 to $4000
• Fixed Transport Allowance: $1,100
• Vehicle Expenses Reimbursement: $900 (based on receipt / bill, e.g., petrol / carpark / ERP)
• Handphone Reimbursement: Capped at $200 (based on bill or receipt)
• Sign-on Bonus (T&C apply)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, site management, or customer liaison roles.

Relevant Industrial Permits (Preferred)

• Supervise Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) in Process Plant.
• Supervise Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) in Construction Site.
• BizSAFE Level 2: Develop a risk management implementation plan.
• WSQ Certificate: Respond to Fire and Hazmat Emergency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure project requirements at customer site are complied with.
• Lead a team of professionals through all phases of project development, implementation and completion.
• Oversee daily project operation, logistics arrangements, and customer’s arrangement.
• Project site management and coordination.
• Assist in preparing and updating project administration documents, timelines, meeting notes, external contractor briefing notes and status reports.
• Work closely with customer site operations to understand their requirements and seek clarifications if needed.
• Participate in contractor meetings as required; discuss and provide feedback to Manager for actions needed.
• Assist the Manager to manage customer care program, monitor customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer’s people, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategies.
• Ensure all ISD personnel and sub-contractors adhere to safety, environmental and health policies and requirements. Review ISD personnel and sub-contractor work activity and review their JSRA.
