Role: Procurement Officer / Buyer

Remark: Individuals with a strong background [ 5 Years Exp ] in procurement within M&E, construction, engineering, facilities management, or manufacturing sectors.Excellent knowledge of Singapore’s procurement regulations and best practices.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers [ locally and overseas], to contract negotiation and final purchase orders
Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their suitability in terms of quality, price, and reliability.
Oversee company facilities, logistics and shipping arrangements (local & international)
Monitor, support and ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, ISO and HSE requirements.
Manage and maintain all licensing / insurance renewals for the company.
Handling of the company’s vehicles maintenance and licensing.
Resolve supplier disputes and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or performance.
Support cross-functional teams in project planning and procurement needs.
Monitor the inventory count and manage inventory records to anticipate future needs as well as ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the section manager or supervisor.
