A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Airfreight Export | Operation Executive to manage airfreight operations. Responsibilities include handling MAWB/HAWB, monitoring shipments, and creating billing details. The ideal candidate should have experience in A.O.G. shipments and be willing to work after hours. This position offers a salary range between $3,300 and $4,000.

• Relevant experience in airfreight operations.
• Willing to standby after office hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Execute MAWB/HAWB for shipments.
• Monitor and follow up on export shipments' status.
• Create billing and shipment details, email customers.

Job description

Airfreight Export | Operation Executive

• Salary Range: $3,300 – $4,000
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 6PM, 5.25 days (Alt Sat 8.30am to 1pm)
• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Description:

• Execution of MAWB/HAWB
• Monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
• Familiar with CCN
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job requirements:

• With relevant experience in handling A.O.G. shipment, willing to standby after office hours on Sat/Sun/PH as and when required
• Able to perform OT hours (if requires)
• Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent shipments
