6 Months Sourcing Specialist

Location: Singapore, SG

Responsibilities

• To support current workload on Q4 acute shortages & ensure Q1 material supply is secured.
• To start with administrative tasks: SAP tasks/update (PIR/SL update, DR for NPI, QIR review), excel tracking/price comparison, send RFQ/drawings download, etc.
• To support open market sourcing for COTS parts to connect supply.
• To possibly extend into some less challenging suppliers’ management (bulk part replenishment, etc).
• Any tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in a global organization.
• Proficiency with sourcing and procurement tools (e.g., SAP Ariba) and the MS Office Suite (advanced Excel skills).
