Job Description

The candidate will support the GMS I CPBD Department.

The Job Responsibilities include:

• Led the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, contributing to various marketing initiative
• Conduct data analysis on events and campaigns, providing insights to optimize performance and evaluate KPI achievement
• Serve as a Marker in a dual-approval role for operations work, including daily settlement
• Assist in generating daily and monthly reports on market-making performance, incentive calculations, and ad-hoc projects
• Conduct internal policy reviews
• Manage the majority of paperwork and administrative tasks for the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
• Strong knowledge in derivatives industry.
• Prior experience in the commodities OTC market, inter-dealer broking in commodities, or the futures broking industry is preferred.
• At least 2 years of business development or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving ability.
