Job description

6-Months Contract – Contact Centre Executive (x8)

Salary Package:

• Basic up to $3,800
• Shift allowance: $20/day (if criteria met)
• Completion bonus: up to 1 month salary (upon 6 months completion)

Working Schedule:

• 5 days/week (Mon–Sun, incl. PH)
• Shift-based: 8am – 10:30pm (9 hrs incl. 1 hr lunch)
  Shift intervals: 8am / 9am / 10am / 1:30pm
• Training (3–4 weeks): Mon–Thurs 9am–6pm, Fri 9am–5pm
