Job description

Customer Service Assistant

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9.30am – 6.30pm

Salary: $2,500 – $3,000

Benefits: AWS, Bonus, 10–18 days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end operations, logistics, and sales support
• Coordinate with Sales, Regulatory, Procurement, Production & Finance teams to fulfill customer orders
• Plan, schedule, and manage resources for smooth operations
• Review processes and suggest improvements
• Support with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Min. 1–2 years’ experience in logistics/customer service
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, able to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Hands-on in order management (planning & execution a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
