Customer Program Engineer (Order Management – Semiconductor)

Salary: SGD 3,800 – 4,800

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 5:30pm

Location: Changi North

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer order execution, ensuring accurate processing and on-time delivery.

Coordinate closely with customers and internal teams including commercial, engineering, planning, production, logistics, and finance.

RFQ Management
  • Manage RFQ documents from customer portals and ensure completeness.
  • Track RFQ status and maintain proper documentation.
Order & Master Data Management
  • Review customer purchase orders and identify changes or new orders.
  • Coordinate creation and maintenance of item masters with relevant teams.
  • Maintain item master and order tracking reports.
Sales Order Processing
  • Create and confirm sales orders based on approved quotations and system data.
  • Acknowledge customer purchase orders and confirm delivery commitments.
  • Provide regular order status updates to customers.
Planning & Delivery Coordination
  • Monitor production schedules and committed delivery dates.
  • Follow up on material readiness with production and NPI teams.
  • Track and report on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
Logistics & Shipment Support
  • Coordinate local and overseas shipments.
  • Ensure accurate shipping documentation and labeling.
  • Update shipment status to customers and internal stakeholders.
Invoicing & Payment Support
  • Support invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist in resolving billing-related issues.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
