About Us

Adrenalin Group is an integrated communications company specialising in events, design, and video. We work with clients across government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors to create meaningful, impactful experiences.

AdrenalinX is our experiential events division, where creative design and project execution come together to bring brands to life across physical and digital touchpoints. From immersive spatial concepts to high-impact visualisations, we design experiences that are built to be executed.

We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to do meaningful work and are committed to building a respectful and inclusive workplace.

We are looking for a mid-level 3D Designer with strong spatial and environmental design skills and a keen eye for translating ideas into immersive brand experiences. This role is suited for someone with 1–3 years of relevant experience in 3D, spatial, or experiential design.

You will work closely with the Art Director, project managers, and creative teams to develop concepts that move seamlessly from design to execution. If you enjoy bringing physical and digital spaces to life and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to meet you.

What You Will Do
  • Conceptualise and develop 3D environments for events, brand activations, exhibitions, and installations
  • Create detailed 3D visualisations and renders using tools such as SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent
  • Design floor plans, elevations, technical drawings, and layout documentation for production teams
  • Support spatial storytelling through moodboards, mockups, and walkthrough presentations
  • Contribute to the overall experiential design of projects, from concept through execution
  • Where relevant, support simple 2D design needs such as event branding, signage, or visual overlays
  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director, project managers, and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated on spatial design, materials, and technology trends to continuously elevate our work
What You Bring
  • At least 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in 3D design, interior or spatial design, or experiential environments
  • Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3Ds Max, or Rhino
  • A strong portfolio showcasing 3D environments, exhibitions, stage designs, or experiential setups
  • Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to support 2D needs
  • Strong understanding of spatial layout, user flow, and human‑centric design
  • Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple timelines
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for creative problem‑solving
Why Join Us

At Adrenalin Group, we believe in growing people, not just filling roles. You will be part of a cross‑disciplinary team where design, production, and execution work closely together, and where your ideas can move from concept to real‑world environments.

Beyond day‑to‑day work, we support our team with flexible lifestyle benefits, access to basic health support, regular team member recognition, and optional development pathways such as our leadership track.

If you are looking for a role where you can deepen your craft, collaborate closely with execution teams, and bring bold spatial ideas to life, we welcome your application.
