Temporary Admin Assistant (HR Background)

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Location: West
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Role Overview

We are looking for a Temporary Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and HR operations during a short-term engagement. The role requires someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to step in quickly with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment Support

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks including employee records and documentation

  • Support recruitment coordination such as interview scheduling and onboarding paperwork

  • Maintain HR trackers, manpower lists, and basic reports

  • Assist with filing and preparation of HR-related documents

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation

  • Manage emails, calendars, and coordination with internal stakeholders

  • Support preparation of simple reports and spreadsheets

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements
  • Minimum Nitec

  • Prior experience in HR administration or recruitment support is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice

Nice to Have
  • Experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. F&B, retail, operations)

  • Familiarity with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
