Responsibilities
- Internal IT Infrastructure Administer and maintain office infrastructure, on-premises and cloud-based systems
Testing system performance and ensuring continuous uptime of the system. Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource utilization
Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans when needed
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to security and IT infrastructure - Cybersecurity & Cloud Security Manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and apply security patches
Enforce identity and access management (IAM) policies across cloud platforms
Monitor cloud environments for threats, misconfigurations, and compliance risks
Ensure secure integration of cloud services with on premise systems - Cloud Services Administration Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure for internal and client-facing applications
Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based system platforms
Optimize cloud resource usage and cost efficiency
Support secure data storage, sharing, and collaboration tools
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect data - Technical Product Support Provide technical support for distributed security products (e.g., CCTV, access control, cloud application, cloud platform, cybersecurity software)
Configure secure remote access for live data feeds and archived footage via cloud portals and mobile apps
Ensure reliable cloud storage of security/IoT data, including retention policies and redundancy strategies
Ensure devices are linked into cloud platform systems with third-party tools such as Video Surveillance System, Video analytics platforms, alarm systems, and access control, other systems that want to integrate to cloud platform systems as a total solution.
Follow through the task given to check and test newly integrated functions/features, and ensure that the customized feature is accomplished within the project schedule and suits the client’s or solution requirement.
Collaborate with Client’s security teams to support incident investigations and system audits
Collaborate with Client’s R&D or Client’s appointed third-party R&D to test and ensure that the integration is successful with the help from vendors.
Collaborate with vendors for firmware updates and product compatibility - User & Client Support Configure, test, and maintain security hardware including IP cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and access control systems covering both company-supported and third-party products.
Provide helpdesk support to internal users and remote teams via tools such as AnyDesk, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Conduct internal training sessions on IT best practices, cybersecurity awareness, and effective use of cloud platforms to enhance knowledge and minimize security risks.
Assist with pre-sales and post-sales technical queries from clients, ensuring clear understanding of product functionality and implementation requirements. - Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed records of system configurations, incidents, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions.
Create and update IT policies, cloud governance guidelines, and end-user manuals.
Prepare regular reports on system health, cloud usage, and overall security posture.
