Job Summary

The Graduate Talent Trainee (GTT) program at Bitdeer is dedicated to developing high-potential graduates into skilled professionals who drive innovation and organizational excellence at Bitdeer. This 18-month program combines hands‑on experience in your chosen field with comprehensive training in our core values and business practices.

About the Department

The Data Center department manages the greenfield and brownfield development of Bitdeer’s data centers, from site selection and design to construction. The team sources and evaluates potential sites through partnering and negotiating with various external stakeholders (government authorities, utilities). Working closely with contractors and internal stakeholders, the department ensures the success of Bitdeer’s data center projects.

We are looking for key talents to develop in the following areas

• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Project Management
• Business Analyst or related fields

Our ideal candidate

• Fresh graduates (Bachelor, Master, PhD) from all disciplines and/or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Technical expertise and experience in relevant area of interest.
• Strong passion for new technologies: Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers.
• Impressive personal achievements e.g. academics, extracurricular/internship, outstanding skills, or insights in areas of your passion.
• Most importantly, you want to drive impact at the start of your career journey and you are highly motivated, have strong ownership and accountability, and unwavering commitment to pursue your passion and interest.
