About the Role

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people with their tech. In this role, you will be working onsite at our client’s office, supporting their day-to-day IT needs and making sure hybrid meetings and events run smoothly.

It is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same — one moment you could be setting up a Teams Room for a townhall, and the next you are helping a colleague get their laptop back up and running. You will also take care of equipment setup, manage IT assets, and make sure everything is well-documented and organized.

What You will Do
  • Be the first point of contact for IT support at the client site.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues (Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, etc.).
  • Set up and support video conferences, hybrid meetings, and events (Teams Rooms, Poly, Crestron, Extron, LG, Samsung).
  • Provide standby support for important meetings, sometimes outside of office hours.
  • Configure and deploy new laptops, desktops, and accessories.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT and AV equipment, including asset tagging and secure disposal.
  • Manage loan equipment and keep simple, easy-to-follow user guides updated.
