Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Executive to handle product support, customer inquiries, and sales promotion. Candidates should possess a minimum of N/O/Nitec/A level or Diploma in any field, with a preference for those with customer service experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of SGD 2,500 – 3,000 and requires the ability to commit long-term.

Working Schedule
  • 3 weekdays + Saturday + Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:45 PM (8 hours per day with 45-minute lunch)
  • Non‑working days: Monday + either Tuesday or Wednesday (to be confirmed)

Salary

SGD 2,500 – 3,000

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Support
  • Conduct basic device and performance checks on customers’ units at designated service stations, following standard operating procedures
  • Provide first‑level troubleshooting to customers at the service point to minimize disruption
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products to confidently assist customers with devices or app usage
  • Meet service standards and performance targets, sharing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
  1. Enquiry Handling and Customer Satisfaction
  • Attend to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Support the team in meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring high service quality
  1. Sales Promotion
  • Assist in executing sales and promotional programs that support the company’s overall sales goals
Requirements
