A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to act as a business partner, manage HR operations, and implement strategic HR initiatives. Candidates should have 5 to 8 years of HR experience, a relevant degree, and knowledge of employment laws. Offering a salary between S$5,000 to S$7,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a business partner to deliver best practice and business focused HR solutions.
• Actively engage business stakeholders on HR issues.
• Handle full spectrum of HR operations functions.
• Advise and implement strategic HR initiatives and projects, HR processes improvement and change & transformation projects.
• Engage and work closely with business stakeholders to drive and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Champion strategic HR initiatives, change and transformation projects across the bank.
• Incorporate best practices to programs/initiatives to elevate overall learning objectives.
• Provide constant updates to the Senior Management on program progress.

• Incorporate best practices to programs/initiatives to elevate overall learning objectives across the bank
• Provide constant updates to the Senior Management on the change and transformation program progress
