Job Responsibilities:
- Acts as a business partner to deliver best practice and business focused HR solutions
- Actively engage business stakeholders on HR issues
- Handle full spectrum of HR operations functions
- Advise and implement strategic HR initiatives and projects, HR processes improvement and change & transformation projects, learning & development, organisation development for the Business Units
- Engage and work closely with Business Stakeholders to drive and implement strategic HR initiatives and projects
- Champion strategic HR initiatives, change and transformation projects across the bank
- Incorporate best practices to programs/initiatives to elevate overall learning objectives across the bank
- Provide constant updates to the Senior Management on the change and transformation program progress
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant discipline
- 5 to 8 years of HR experience
- Well versed in employment laws and regulations
- Salary ranges between S$5,000 to S$7,000 per month
