• Participates in sprint ceremonies, ensuring priorities are understood and deliverables reviewed.
• Drives decisions on product scope, features and priorities while balancing tech and business needs.
• Manages change requests using a structured change management framework.
• Conducts market and user research to identify opportunities and monitor competitor trends.
• Tracks product performance metrics and pushes continuous improvement.
• Supports team members with day to day activities to ensure smooth operations.
