The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of hotel sales experience, strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include executing sales plans, conducting market visits, and managing client relationships. The Business Development Executive, under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing / Director of Sales, and within established hotel policies and procedures, is responsible for overseeing and executing all sales activities within the assigned area of responsibility. The role focuses on proactively driving business development, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the hotel’s overall revenue and commercial objectives through effective client engagement and collaboration.
