Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Field Applications/Training engineer to demonstrate welding equipment at customer sites and lead training sessions. You will prepare and test gear, maintain expert product knowledge, and support sales with technical specifications.

The role requires travel to project sites and distributors, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure customer success and alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of welding SMAW, GTAW, FCAW-GS; FCAW-SS and GMAW.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites and distributors.
• Self-reliant with analytical and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and train welding equipment at customer sites.
• Prepare and test equipment before demonstrations.
• Provide product knowledge and application expertise.
• Support distributors and end users with specifications.
• Travel to project sites and distributor locations for demos.
• Resolve customer issues in line with company values.
