Castolin Eutectic seeks an experienced sales specialist to drive growth in the Saudi market, covering maintenance & repair consumables, welding products, and coatings. You will develop new customers, visit sites, present technical solutions, and manage the full sales cycle while coordinating with distributors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Minimum 4–5 years B2B industrial sales experience.
Experience in welding, wear protection or coatings is preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation and account management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
Develop new customers and expand existing accounts.
Deliver technical proposals, product demos, and trials.
Coordinate with distributors and internal supply chain teams.
Provide training and support to customers and sales partners.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
