Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Medicine.
• 2+ years in trade channel or consumer health management.
• Experience with pharmacy chains or major retail accounts.
• Strong commercial planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; familiarity with SFDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted store visits and build quarterly account plans grounded in each chain's category and shopper strategy.
• Deliver a clear pharmacy value proposition and coach pharmacists on weight-management conversations.
• Execute Joint Business Plans and chain HQ-agreed programmes in-store — visibility, planogram, category signage and shopper support materials.
• Handle key drop-off moments such as side effects, adherence and plateau conversations.
• Deliver face-to-face education sessions and support digital learning.
• Plan your territory using store tiering and maintain disciplined CRM reporting and clean account data.
• Feed shopper insights and pharmacist feedback back into the team to strengthen engagement and in-store execution.
