Job summary

JobCenter in Jeddah is seeking a Wedding Planner Assistant to support our team in planning and executing weddings and events. This contract role offers on-site training and exposure to vendor coordination, timelines, and client communications.

You will work with senior planners on site, assist with setup, manage event inventory, and provide general administrative support to ensure flawless events. Accommodation is provided for non-local candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (no Arabic required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to commit to a contract position for at least 6 months.
• Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching and booking vendors for weddings and events
• Help create event timelines and schedules
• Communicate with clients and vendors via email, phone, and in-person meetings
• Attend site visits and assist with setup on event days
• Manage inventory of event supplies and materials
• Provide general administrative support for the wedding planning team
