Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support day-to-day administrative activities in the warehouse. You will help ensure records, documentation, system updates and operational coordination are completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has an engineering/technical background, at least five years in warehouse operations within automotive dealerships, and strong Excel and MS Office skills. This is an on-site role in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduates or diploma holders with technical background.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in warehouse operations at an automotive dealership.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Commercial Vehicles & Construction Equipment industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily administrative requirements of warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Update relevant information in warehouse systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operational teams to support receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation as required.
• Assist with stock-related records and ensure information is accurately captured.
• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of warehouse activities.
• Support the team in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse operation.
