Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities in Riyadh. You will supervise staff, ensure safety standards, and drive productivity to meet service and cost targets.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations. The successful candidate will coordinate manpower, maintain KPIs, and uphold quality across processes, inventory accuracy, and customer service standards within a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in large-scale warehousing operations.
• Experience supervising warehouse employees and daily operational activities.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, manpower planning, productivity monitoring, and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Plan daily workloads, warehouse routines, and manpower requirements.
• Supervise warehouse operatives and material-handling equipment operators.
• Ensure deadlines and productivity targets within budget.
• Monitor quality standards, accuracy, process compliance, and product presentation.
• Maintain customer-specific KPIs and service standards.
• Manage employee performance, development, and appraisal activities.
• Monitor productivity and throughput.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, HR, and policies.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment within budget.
• Support manpower planning and overtime control.
• Manage purchasing of warehouse consumables and SAP LPO processing.
• Promote company values and behavioural standards across the team.
