Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a proactive Parts Supervisor for Riyadh to oversee daily parts handling, storage, picking and dispatch, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across inventory management processes.

The role requires leadership of a supervising team, coordination with stakeholders, and a focus on service levels, safety and continuous improvement in fast-paced vehicle parts operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Warehousing, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in parts, logistics, procurement or transport operations.
• Experience supervising and leading operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Ability to lead daily operations and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily parts operations, including receiving, checking, storing, picking and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock control activities.
• Lead, coach and motivate Parts associates and MHE operators.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers to support service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and safety procedures.
