Job summary

Aluminum International Co. (ALINCO) is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage inventory records, material receiving and issuing, and ensure accurate documentation and stock levels. You will enter data into the ERP system, monitor stock levels, and organize warehouse documentation to support production and procurement.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse administration, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. Local applicants in Riyadh preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration or a similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory data entry.

• Enter and update inventory data in the company system.


• Prepare and process material issue requests for production and follow up on their completion.


• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and supporting materials, and report any shortages to management.


• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts.


• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.


• Organize and arrange materials within the warehouse according to approved storage procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.


• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse administration or a similar role.
