Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to support day-to-day administrative activities of the warehouse. The role focuses on accurate records, documentation, and system updates to enable smooth receiving, storage, picking and dispatch processes.

You will work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of warehouse tasks and maintain organized operations across departments in the region.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate or diploma in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Warehouse Operations in a reputed automotive dealership.
• 2 years experience in Commercial Vehicles & Construction Equipment industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel is a must.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily administrative requirements of warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
• Update relevant information in warehouse systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operational teams to support receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch activities.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation as required.
• Assist with stock-related records and ensure information is accurately captured.
• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of warehouse activities.
• Support the team in maintaining an organised and efficient warehouse operation.
