Job summary

Talent Diamond in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Storekeeper to join its warehouse operations in Madinah. The role covers day-to-day receiving, storage, stock monitoring, material issuance, inventory control, and accurate ERP transaction recording.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, 1–3 years in a warehouse, and strong English/Urdu communication. Native Arabic is required; fresh graduates may be considered.

Qualifications

• Requires diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with warehouse operations and inventory control is preferred.
• Proficient in ERP/inventory software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify received materials, documents, quantities and storage conditions.
• Coordinate daily receiving activities and record raw materials in ERP.
• Record materials in ERP and ensure proper barcode tagging.
• Issue raw materials to production per approved requests and procedures.
• Apply FIFO/LIFO, par levels, and average cost where required.
• Monitor space, materials, and equipment for proper storage.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with ERP balances.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and transaction records.
• Support stock control and report discrepancies.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental procedures.
