Job summary

Talent Diamond is seeking a Storekeeper for a leading FMCG and beverage company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role covers daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, stock monitoring, material issuance, inventory control, and documentation of transactions.

The successful candidate will work in a manufacturing warehouse environment, using an ERP system, tagging barcodes, and ensuring safe storage conditions. 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred, fresh graduates considered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in a similar warehouse or storekeeping role; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify received materials, documents, quantities, and storage conditions.
• Coordinate daily receiving activities and maintain accurate records of raw materials in the warehouse and ERP system.
• Record materials in the ERP system and ensure proper barcode tagging and storage.
• Issue raw materials to Production according to approved requests and inventory procedures.
• Apply inventory control methods such as FIFO, LIFO, par levels, and average cost where required.
• Inspect warehouse space, raw materials, and equipment to ensure proper storage conditions.
• Conduct regular and monthly stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with ERP system balances.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and transaction records.
• Report stock discrepancies, quality issues, or material concerns when identified.
• Follow all applicable safety, health, and environmental procedures.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in FMCG, food and beverage, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or raw material handling will be highly considered.
