Job summary

Client of CS & Clarks seeks a senior Business Development leader to drive growth in the commodities sector from its Jeddah base. You will shape strategy, identify opportunities, and oversee partnerships that expand market reach and revenue.

Ideal candidates have a decade+ in B2B business development, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of leading teams to surpass targets in dynamic markets. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, commodities focus.
Proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion.
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with leadership and team management experience.
Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus; CRM and MS Office proficiency.
