Job summary

Markets.com is seeking a commercially driven Business Development & Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth across target markets.

You will manage customer acquisition, onboard partners, and maintain relationships to maximize revenue. Strong CRM, negotiation, and industry knowledge are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or related commercial role.
• Good understanding of FX/CFD trading industry and platform dynamics.
• Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and targets.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with MT4/MT5/cTrader.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across target markets and client segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Develop new business relationships and onboard qualified clients and partners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners; focus on engagement and revenue.
• Manage the commercial process from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing relations.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through existing relationships and new channels.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to support strategy.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and use CRM to track opportunities and performance.
• Aim to achieve or exceed sales, revenue, and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Support for smooth onboarding.
