Job summary

SLS The Red Sea, a luxury resort on the Saudi Red Sea coast, is seeking a dedicated Night Manager (Saudi National) to lead the overnight operation and ensure the signature SLS experience after hours.

You will manage the overnight team, supervise night audit, VIP arrivals, and after-hours guest services, coordinating with Front Office, Security, Engineering, and Housekeeping to maintain service excellence and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office, with supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations, ensuring service, safety, and standards are maintained.
• Act as the senior night shift manager and main point of contact for guests and operations.
• Maintain a visible lobby presence and engage with guests while supporting the team.
• Oversee night audit processes, room assignments, late arrivals, and VIP movements.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments for smooth overnight operations.
• Lead shift briefings and provide coaching to overnight colleagues.
